Shipping policy
SHIPPING
As of February 5th, 2026 we will only be shipping packages out on Mon, Tues, & Wednesday during the week. All orders placed Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday will be shipped on or after the following Monday. We are temporarily doing this to reduce melting of products during transit, especially body butter orders. We would hate for your package to be soiled during transit and want you to receive the cutest products in their best condition.

Processing takes up to 21 business days, Monday through Thursday not including holidays. We know, we’re as fast as lightning! We try our hardest to get all orders out as soon as possible. Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you’re located. All orders may experience shipping delays beyond our control.
Once the package leaves our hands, shipping length is 2-7 days for all orders within the United States.

Australia, UK & Canada: 10-12 business days
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar: 14-16 business days

Other International: 14-20 business days
If you have not received your package and it is marked as delivered, please contact your shipping carrier ASAP, check with neighbors and all entryways. We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. Once a package has left BADGURLGOODIES and we are not responsible for missing packages that have been marked as delivered. RETURNS
If you find your product unsatisfactory, kindly contact us and let us know why. In some cases, products will leak, melt, freeze or get damaged during transit on their way from our facility to their destination. This is a rare occurrence but it does happen from time to time. As long as your product is not physically damaged, the nutrients are still there and we can assure you it is still safe for use. Due to the nature of products we do not accept any returns.
If you receive a product that you suspect to be expired or damaged and not suitable for use, please contact support at hello@badgurlgoodies.com within 5 business days after receipt of the product and we will be happy to look into your matter! Any requests after 5 business days will be denied. All requests must include proof of purchase and photographs/video evidence of damage.
