Where are the products made?

Our products are made in USA with ingredients sourced globally. We try to maintain the sustainability and our carbon footprint as much as possible while keep our product packaging reusable, safe for the environment and safe for you! 

Are the products natural?

Many of our products are natural and plant based while being over 75% natural aside from the use of our safe, paraben and phthalate free fragrances. We take pride in crafting products with ingredients that you can pronounce. To find most up to date ingredients, refer to our website under the full ingredients tab and the label on your product.

Can I eat the product?

Sorry, no! While they may smell delicious, they are NOT edible. Our products are made For External Use Only. Do not consume. Keep out of reach of small children. 

Are the products cruelty free?

Yes! Our products are 100% cruelty free. Only tested on angry humans. 

How should I store my products?

We recommend keeping your products in a dry, cool environment away from sunlight and excess heat. If you are using a product that does not come in a container, you can use any airtight container, a glass or plastic jar. If you use the product in the shower or bath, make sure that you let it drain and dry out before storing it.

When do the products expire?

All body butters, face masks, moisturizers, body oils, face oils, serums and hair butters are good for up two years (24m) after opening. We recommend to use within one year for best quality. Makeup and beauty products are good for up to one year (12m) after opening. 
Fresh face masks, scrubs, toners, refreshing mists and lip scrubs will have a shorter shelf life of as they don't contain any preservatives and/or a light preservative. These products are usually introduced to water and/or water based which means shorter-shelf life . We recommend that toners and refreshing mists are kept in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. These products are good for up to six months (6m) after opening.

Giveaway recipients will be notified via direct message, email and/or telephone to claim their prize. If the original winner does not claim their prize or response with their address within 48 hours after the event has ended, an alternate winner will be chosen.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, make sure to copy your gift card code into the field at checkout. A purchased gift card via will arrive via email that you used during checkout.
If you won a giveaway gift card, your unique gift card code will be sent to you via the email provided, on direct message or telephone depending on discussed course of delivery.  If you have an account or are a badgurlgoodies loyalty rewards member the code will be attached to your customer account.

Can I regift a giftcard?

Yes! All codes are transferrable at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any lost, destroyed or misuse. If you feel there has been an error or you still need assistance, we will try our hardest to assist. Send us an email with all the information regarding the gift card at
